Color Wheel, and Value Scale
I think doing the Color Wheel and the Value Scale were both pretty fun. I love paint and anytime I get to use it I do. I honestly, am not the best at art out there but I do enjoy it. For the Color wheel I did have to mix the colors a few different times because they did not turn out exactly how I wanted them to. They still are not the perfect mixtures I wanted but I think they are pretty close. With the Value scale I did happen to notice my third last box was a little darker than it should have been and I did try and fix that. I think these both were fun activities though.
I enjoyed working with the acrylic paints the best. I love to paint and seeing how mixing colors can change to a completely different color.
I think the most important discovery would have to be that Red, Blue, and Yellow are not truly primary colors. Magenta, yellow, and cyan are the true primary colors and they form black when mixed all together.
I think the most important thing on the videos was learning about the primary and secondary colors. We learned so differently in elementary school and it is useful learning about how it has changed over the years.
