I actually had a lot of fun with this project. I am not the best photographer but I do own a camera that I love. Each picture represents my interpretation of what I see as the elements and principals of art. It was a kind of hard to get the right idea of every element and principal but reading what the textbook had to say was a lot of help. I think the least one I liked was probably balance. I think it should have been an easy one to understand but I couldn't get the right idea. I ended up taking a picture down a trail with trees balancing out both sides, but each side is still different. I liked doing emphasis the best. It actually is honestly an older picture I once took but I thought it would be perfect for emphasis. Your eyes go directly past the lake and right to that lighting bolt. I really enjoyed doing this project.
Hi Annnnnnnnne!
ReplyDeleteI laughed when I clicked your photobucket link and it had all those n's. Your choice of pictures in your project was very interesting! I think my favorite was the photo to represent value. The way the lamp shows different yellow (probably more like biege) was really cool representation of that element! I also liked your 'texture' picture, but all I could think of was get him to the Greek....Furry walls song :), nice job!
